Viewers of Community Access Television in the Bismarck area now have an alternative to watching their favorite shows on TV – they can watch on the web as well. The new site we developed for CATV offers a live webcast of the current program. The site also offers programming schedules and descriptions, information on the facilities, the staff, and how volunteers can get involved in producing local programming.
