The North Dakota Association of Counties had high hopes for their web site. iNet Technologies exceeded them. Here’s what the NDACo’s Executive Director had to say:

This is the first legislative session where all of our communication was done via the web. Our weekly reports and final status information has all been posted to the web and has virtually eliminated our need to print or mail copies to the counties.
